In order to further improve the local talent reserve and training, Mexico Factory participated in the campus job fair held by Saltillo University of Science and Technology on November 24th, receiving enthusiastic resumes from students, which laid a solid foundation for the next step of organizing interviews and talent acquisition.

Before the opening of the job fair, in recognition and thanks to the Mexican factory's strong support and active participation in the job fair, Saltillo University of Technology awarded us a certificate of certification. The Mexican factory was also the only company to receive the award.

At 10 am, after a simple but grand opening ceremony, the job fair officially began. In the hot job fair site, the Mexican factory recruiters enthusiastically introduced the company's development, recruitment positions and conducted preliminary interview communication for students. On the spot, students lined up for the interview.

Many students said that they had participated in the company's Open Day and were very interested in Sanhua Mexico Factory. They hoped to have an internship opportunity to improve their professional ability and enrich their practice.

Saltillo University of Science and Technology is the most prestigious university of science and technology in the state of Coahuila, Mexico. It was founded in 1951 and currently has more than 6700 students. More than 40 enterprises participated in the job fair, and provided more than 1200 internship and employment positions, among which there are many high-quality enterprises in the automobile manufacturing industry such as Daimler, GM, Magna, Yanfeng and so on.

At 3 PM, the job fair was successfully concluded. Mexico Factory received nearly 100 resumes. Further resume screening and interview communication are under way.
